You will not initiate fraud claims or chargebacks without valid cause
Follo may suspend or terminate your account for fraudulent disputes
Refunds are not provided unless Follo fails to deliver the purchased service under the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.
Because Follo provides digital, non-tangible, and irrevocable goods, refunds are generally not issued once a report or service has been delivered.
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
Continuous failure to deliver the service, even after support intervention
